Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or promotions, order processing may take slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Australia

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

• Standard International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

GRNDWRK STREETWEAR is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping and Customs

GRNDWRK STREETWEAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to redirect the package.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GRNDWRK STREETWEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbours or household members

  2. Contacting your local post office or courier

  3. Checking for delivery attempt notices

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions or addresses at our discretion.

If we cannot ship to your location after an order has been placed, you will receive a full refund.
