Return Policy Overview

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

How to Start a Return

Your email should include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item was sent

If one of the above situations occurs, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit if the return shipment is arranged by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will review the issue and work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, the fastest way to do this is:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved, send the item back.

  3. Place a new order for the desired item.

This process ensures you receive the replacement item as quickly as possible, especially if inventory is limited.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Sale items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.

We will notify you by email once:

  • Your return has been received

  • Your refund has been approved or rejected

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Keep in mind that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
